Delivery

We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods within 24 - 72 hours.

However, occasionally and with larger and more delicate items, and items with specified delivery times in the product description, this may not be be the case.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery method for items under 2Kg and £39 value is Royal Mail first class post.

Standard UK delivery for items over 2Kg and £39 value is Royal Mail Standard Parcels.

Neither of these services offer a tracking number.

If a tracking number is required please select an alternative delivery method from those available (drop down box) when confirming your order in checkout.

Delicate or special order items may be sent directly from the manufacturer using their own carrier services where required.

Overseas Delivery

Our Standard Overseas delivery method for items under 2Kg and under £39 value is Royal Mail Airmail 'small packets'. Some items will be sent 'Surface Mail' due to carrier restrictions.

Items of up to 2Kg weight and over £39 value will be sent Royal Mail 'International Signed For'

Items Over 2Kg in weight will be sent by carrier service and you should contact us for current pricing before placing your order.

You will be kept informed of your order's progress via email.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return goods that do not suit you without having to give any reason within 14 days after receipt of the relevant goods. Please contact us for a returns authorisation number.
Connect Audio Ltd will only accept such returns for goods in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the relevant invoice. A restocking fee will be charged for returned goods that do not meet the above requirement.

Goods are not sent on trial or approval.

Subject to the above, Connect Audio Ltd will reimburse you the price paid for the returned goods, less delivery charges, within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

The return postage will be at your charge.
