Tedius as sometimes seems, all sales need some terms and conditions,
so these are ours.
We at Connect Audio Ltd want you to be satisfied.
Please read and accept these terms and conditions prior to
making your purchase. Your making a purchase using this website,
or by making a purchase via email or telephone contsitutes
your agreement to the terms and conditions detailed below.
You may want to print them out. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
We are a UK registered business. We operate within the requirements
of relevant UK laws which include the Sale of Goods Act and
the Distance Selling Regulations.
We accept Credit and Debit card payments (processed through
Barclaycard ePDQ or Google Checkout secure payment gateways),
cheques (allow 7 - 10 days for clearance), and postal orders.
Payments accepted in £ sterling ONLY. We can also accept
bank transfers, please contact us for details.
Please ensure we receive your payment within 7 working days.
Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, but exclude delivery charges.
We strive to dispatch goods held in our stocks within one
to two working days from receiving your payment. We cannot
guarantee delivery times. Some items (usually detailed on the
product pages) will be dispatched within 21 days due to manufacturer
production lead times or item size considerations. We will
keep you informed via e-mail.
Standard UK delivery method for items under
2Kg and £39 value is Royal Mail first class post.Standard
UK delivery for items over 2Kg and £39
value is Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
Neither of these services offer a tracking
number. If a tracking number is required please select
an alternative delivery method from those available (drop
down box) when confirming your order in checkout.
Delicate or special order items may be sent
directly from the manufacturer using their own carrier services
Our Standard Overseas delivery method for items
under 2Kg and under £39 value is Royal Mail Airmail
'small packets'. Some items will be sent 'Surface Mail' due
to carrier restrictions.
Items of up to 2Kg weight and over £39
value will be sent Royal Mail 'International Signed For'
Items Over 2Kg in weight will be sent by carrier
service and you should contact us for current pricing before
placing your order.
Our aim is for for you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not
completely satisfied you may return your goods in their original
packaging (this is important) within 14 working days of receipt
for a full (excluding delivery charges) no-quibble refund.
If returned goods are not in perfect condition and in original
packaging, or more than 14 working days have lapsed we may
charge a restocking fee
We will always inform you if this is to be the case.

Please note that goods are not sold on evaluation or approval.
All NEW (items listed as NEW in the item description) goods
are supplied with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. At our
discretion we will offer to replace, repair or refund faulty
NEW goods. All Used (items listed as USED in the item description)
carry NO warranty unless the item description specifies otherwise,
but may be returned within 14 days under our returns policy
(excluding delivery charges). Our descriptions and technical
information are provided in good faith and are from manufacturers
published information where available. We cannot be held responsible
for errors that may be contained in them. Please check with
manufactures websites for latest datasheets and detailed technical
information on products (especially if we have not provided
any technical information) and satisfy yourself that they meet
your requirements before you order.

Sale of Goods Act, Distance Selling and Electronic
We fully comply with The Sales of Good Act and the regulations set out in The
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334),
and The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No.2013).
We accept Credit and Debit cards (processed securely through either Barclaycard
ePDQ or Google Checkout gateways), or you may post Cheques and Postal Orders.
We can also accept Bank transfers,

Payments must be received within 7 working days.
No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
note all pricing is subject to manufacturer price changes. We endeavour
to keep our displayed pricing as accurate and up to date as
possible, however this will be subject
to alteration, especially on items that are special order, or made to special
order from manufacturers. Notwithstanding any information given
in this website the price charged will be that ruling on the
day of dispatch.
Your right to cancel
Connect Audio Ltd is a responsible online trader and We conform to the distance
selling regulations and We want You to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If You are in any way unhappy with your purchases You may change your mind
within 14 days of purchase, and return an item for refund providing it remains
in new, unused and in re-saleable condition. (Goods are not supplied on evaluation,
approval or on trial). The return postage costs are at the buyer's expense
and We recommend the use of a traceable return method, such as Royal Mail ‘Signed
For' or similar insured carrier. We will refund the item value only (there
is no refund available for delivery costs). No refunds will be made until
the item has been received by us in satisfactory condition. You MUST inform
us within 7 days of receipt of your Goods that you wish to cancel the purchase,
and obtain a Return Authorisation Note. The Goods must then be returned to
us within 7 days of your notification to us of your intent to cancel the
purchase and our issue of a RAN. It is your responsibility to ensure the
Goods arrive with us safely.
Notwithstanding the previous clause, no order for Goods can be cancelled once
the Goods have been delivered without prior written agreement from us and
our issue of a Return Authorisation Note. If we accept the cancellation We
will inform You in writing. A restocking charge of 25% may apply, which you
will be informed of. If you wish to proceed, Goods must be returned to us
in an "as new", undamaged, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging
and accompanied by the RAN. You are responsible for all return postage costs
and for the safe return of the Goods. We cannot be held responsible for any
lost Goods, therefore We recommend the use of a traceable postal service,
such as Royal Mail ‘Signed For' or other insured carrier service.
All NEW (listed as NEW in item listing details) Goods are covered by Manufacturers
12 month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. At our sole discretion,
We will repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will refund
You the price paid in respect of the Goods. Damage caused through misuse,
neglect, tampering, or by using the Goods for something other than their
intended purpose, is not covered by warranty. All USED (listed as used in
Item details) goods carry NO Warranty implied or expressed unless the Item
descrition specifies otherwise. USED Items may be returned within 7 days
under our returns policy for a full refund (postage costs not included).
After 7 days return of USED items may be accepted only at Our sole discetion.
